Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Share a concise symptom timeline, relevant medical history, and test results in text, with units and reference ranges when available. This Agent can organize those details into a written differential, explain why possibilities may fit, and suggest questions or information to discuss with a qualified clinician. Follow-up details or corrections can help refine the draft; it is for discussion support, not diagnosis or treatment decisions.
What it writes
A structured written differential with supporting and conflicting supplied findings
A concise symptom-and-test summary for a clinical conversation
A prioritized list of follow-up questions and missing information to discuss
How to use it
The task is framed around organizing symptoms and results into readable clinical discussion materials. You can ask follow-up questions, add or correct details, and request a revised differential or summary; clinicians must verify medical interpretation and decisions.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A symptom timeline, including onset, duration, and changes
Relevant medical history, medications, and family history you choose to share
Test results in text, with units and reference ranges where available
Provide the relevant details as text in the chat
Remove names and other identifying information before sharing personal health details
A good fit for
Healthcare professionals preparing a structured rare-disease differential for discussion
Patients or caregivers organizing complex symptoms and results before a clinical appointment
Reviewing which supplied findings support or conflict with possible explanations
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using this symptom timeline [paste timeline] and history [add relevant details], draft a rare-disease differential with reasons and uncertainties.
Organize these test results [paste results with units and ranges] into findings to discuss with a clinician and questions to ask.
Compare these possibilities [list conditions] against the supplied symptoms [paste details], noting what information is missing.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Emergency symptoms or decisions about starting, stopping, or changing treatment
A substitute for examination, clinical judgment, or a confirmed diagnosis
Works from information supplied in chat; it cannot examine a patient, inspect files, or retrieve live medical references
Produces discussion support, not a verified diagnosis, clinical approval, or treatment plan
