Ai-GEN Acceptable Use Policy

Use Ai-GEN responsibly, lawfully, and consistently with applicable AI-provider rules. The OpenAI Usage Policies apply to OpenAI-powered experiences.
Prohibited Uses
- Sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, or content involving minors.
- Instructions or assistance for violence, weapons construction, illegal drugs, self-harm encouragement, extremist wrongdoing, malware, credential theft, unauthorized intrusion, fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
- Medical diagnosis or treatment determinations, or high-impact decisions about employment, housing, lending, insurance, education, legal services, or similar regulated areas without appropriate qualified human review.
- Privacy invasion, unlawful surveillance, biometric identification, doxxing, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or infringement of intellectual-property or other rights.
- Submitting data you lack permission to use; attempting to expose system prompts, protected methods, credentials, or private platform information; bypassing access controls; scraping; reselling access; or interfering with service operation.
Enforcement
Ai-GEN may block prompts, limit usage, preserve relevant security records, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report activity when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users, comply with provider requirements, or comply with law.
