Ai-GEN Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ai-GEN collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you visit Ai-GEN, create an account, purchase agent access, contact support, or interact with an AI agent. Ai-GEN is currently an early-access service operated by Ai-GEN.

Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, username, account settings, and support communications.
  • Purchase and subscription information: products activated, order history, subscription status, billing address, transaction identifiers, refunds, and cancellations. Payment-card details are processed by payment providers and are not intended to be stored directly by Ai-GEN.
  • Agent interactions: prompts, messages, agent context, generated outputs, selected agent, taxonomy path, model or capability settings, and related technical metadata. Do not submit confidential, legally privileged, regulated, highly sensitive, or personal information that is not necessary for your request.
  • Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, login events, pages viewed, agent launches, errors, security logs, and approximate usage patterns.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure Ai-GEN, provide purchased access, process transactions, deliver AI interactions, improve navigation and agent quality, respond to support requests, enforce usage rules, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate material service or policy changes.

AI and Service Providers

Agent messages and relevant page context may be transmitted to OpenAI or other specifically enabled AI providers to generate responses. Purchases may be processed through WooCommerce, Stripe, and related payment or subscription services. Hosting, security, analytics, email, and support providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Review the OpenAI Privacy Policy, OpenAI Enterprise Privacy information, and Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Analytics

Ai-GEN and its service providers may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for account login, checkout, fraud prevention, preferences, security, and service operation. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be enabled only when Ai-GEN has implemented appropriate notice and consent controls. Where available, you may manage cookies through the site controls and your browser settings.

Sharing and Disclosure

Ai-GEN does not knowingly sell personal information for money. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, AI providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or a successor in connection with a business transfer. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect users, Ai-GEN, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity. If optional analytics or advertising services are enabled in the future, related identifiers may be disclosed as explained in an updated notice and subject to applicable choices.

Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement, legal compliance, and backups. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from backups, transaction records, security logs, or third-party systems.

Security and Incidents

Ai-GEN uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to an early-access service. No internet service, AI provider, payment system, or security control can guarantee absolute security. If Ai-GEN discovers a security incident affecting personal information, Ai-GEN will investigate, contain, remediate, and provide legally required notices when applicable. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Your Choices and Rights

You may update account information, cancel subscriptions through account tools, request access or deletion where applicable, and manage browser cookies. Some information may be retained when required for transactions, security, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes. Rights vary by location.

Children

Ai-GEN is not directed to children under 18 and should not be used by anyone who cannot legally agree to the Terms of Use.

Changes and Contact

This policy may change as the service develops. Material changes will be posted on this page. General support questions may be submitted through the Ai-GEN Contact page. Formal privacy, security, or legal notices may be sent to admin@ai-gen.co.
