Ai-GEN Terms of Use
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms govern access to Ai-GEN. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using an agent, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Billing and Cancellation Policy.
Early-Access Service
Ai-GEN is an early-access service. Features, agents, models, prices, limits, providers, and availability may change, pause, or be discontinued. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
AI Output Limitations
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unsuitable, or inconsistent. Ai-GEN does not guarantee outputs and does not provide medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, insurance, or other professional determinations or advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate, and deciding whether and how to use any output.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use only your own account, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Agent access is sold individually unless expressly stated otherwise. Subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Future price changes will apply only as permitted by applicable law and after any notice required by the payment or subscription provider.
Acceptable Use and Provider Rules
You must comply with the Ai-GEN Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable provider rules, including the OpenAI Usage Policies. You may not bypass access controls, scrape protected content, abuse rate limits, interfere with the service, use outputs unlawfully, or use Ai-GEN to harm, deceive, exploit, discriminate against, or violate the rights of others.
Unsupported Capabilities
Unless an agent page expressly says otherwise, image and video generation, voice, uploads, downloads, attachments, embeddings, and document-retrieval workflows are not available. Descriptions do not override platform limits.
Third-Party Services
Ai-GEN depends on third parties including AI providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and WordPress/WooCommerce services. Ai-GEN is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, model behavior, or separate third-party services.
Suspension and Termination
Ai-GEN may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or the service, respond to provider requirements, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical and legally permitted, Ai-GEN will provide notice.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai-GEN disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and security. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai-GEN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made using AI outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and Contact
These Terms may change as the service develops. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. General questions may be submitted through the Ai-GEN Contact page. Formal legal notices may be sent to admin@ai-gen.co.
