Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a concise symptom summary or a set of questions for a healthcare conversation. Share what you felt, when it happened, how long it lasted, what was going on beforehand, and any relevant context you choose to include. The Agent can help organize these details and explain common panic symptoms in plain language. In a follow-up, add or correct details, and it can revise the summary or questions. This is not a diagnosis; seek urgent medical help for severe or concerning symptoms.
What it writes
A concise written timeline of symptoms and surrounding circumstances.
A plain-language explanation of commonly described panic symptoms.
A tailored list of questions to discuss with a healthcare provider.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around symptom details, timing, and context, then shapes them into readable explanations or provider-facing notes. You can add missing details, correct wording, and request a revised draft in conversation.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the symptoms in your own words, including when they began and how long they lasted.
Share any possible triggers or surrounding circumstances you want included.
Mention relevant health context or questions for a provider, if you choose.
Be ready to describe the symptoms and their timing as accurately as you can.
Share only health details you are comfortable discussing in text chat.
