Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.

Prepare a structured written report about a possible medication side effect using details you provide, such as the medicine, symptoms, timing, and any steps already taken. Follow-up questions can help clarify gaps and refine the wording for review with a healthcare professional. This is preparation, not medical advice: severe or urgent symptoms require prompt medical attention rather than waiting to prepare or review a report.
What it writes
A structured side-effect report with a symptom and medication timeline
A concise summary and questions to bring to a healthcare professional
A revised report with unclear wording and missing details identified
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around medication details, symptom timing, and relevant context, then organizes the information into a readable report. You can answer follow-up questions, correct details, and request revisions so the draft better reflects what you want to discuss with a healthcare professional.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Medication name and, if known, dose and when you took it
Symptoms, when they began, how they changed, and any steps taken
Relevant context you want included, such as other medicines or questions for your clinician
Have the information you want included available in text; estimates are fine if clearly labeled
Remove personal details you do not need to include in the chat
A good fit for
Patients organizing notes about a suspected medication side effect before contacting a healthcare professional
Caregivers preparing a clear symptom timeline to discuss with a patient's clinician
Healthcare professionals drafting a structured account from information supplied by a patient
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Help me organize a report about [medication and dose]. I noticed [symptoms] starting [when]; ask what details would make the timeline clearer.
Turn these notes into a structured side-effect report for my clinician: [notes, dates, and steps taken].
Review this draft for clarity and missing details without diagnosing the cause: [draft report].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Deciding whether to start, stop, or change a medication
Diagnosing a condition or determining whether a medicine caused a symptom
Replacing a clinician's assessment or urgent medical care
Severe or urgent symptoms require prompt medical attention; do not wait to prepare or review a report.
The Agent can draft and revise text, but cannot submit reports, contact healthcare professionals, or access medical records.
A healthcare professional should assess symptoms and advise on medication decisions.
