Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a structured parent-child therapy plan or progress-review tool by sharing an anonymized description of the relationship concerns, treatment goals, relevant observations, and any constraints. The draft can organize proposed interventions, communication goals, and ways to review change over time. Add clarifications or new observations in follow-up messages to refine the wording and adapt the structure. Use professional judgment to assess clinical suitability; this is planning support, not a clinical assessment.

What it writes

  • A parent-child therapy plan outline organized by goals, proposed focus areas, and session questions.
  • A session discussion guide tailored to supplied relationship concerns and observations.
  • A progress-review template with reflective questions and prompts for noting change over time.

How to use it

The Agent frames parent-child relationship concerns as practical written planning materials, with clear sections for goals, proposed interventions, and review questions. You can refine a draft conversationally by adding case context, changing priorities, or adjusting its structure; clinical decisions remain with the treating professional.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • An anonymized summary of the parent-child concerns and relevant family context.
  • Treatment goals, observations, and any approaches or constraints to account for.
  • For progress-review materials, the signs of change the therapist wants to discuss.
  • Remove names and other identifying details before sharing case information.
  • A qualified mental health professional should provide clinical context and review drafts before using them in care.

A good fit for

  • Therapists organizing goals and proposed interventions for parent-child relationship work.
  • Professionals preparing discussion guides around communication, connection, or recurring interaction patterns.
  • Clinicians drafting structured questions or review frameworks for sessions.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • People seeking a diagnosis, crisis response, or individualized treatment in place of a qualified professional.
  • Anyone expecting the Agent to observe sessions, contact family members, or track progress between conversations.
  • Drafts are written planning aids, not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or validated treatment protocols.
  • Progress tools can organize information supplied in chat but cannot observe, verify, or monitor change.
