Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a written review of a performance slump by sharing your recent training pattern, recovery routine, when the change began, and how it compares with your usual baseline. Include constraints such as upcoming events or available rest days; nutrition details are optional if you think they are relevant. The Agent can organize possible training and recovery contributors and draft a cautious adjustment plan. In follow-up, add context or revise priorities to refine the written plan. Concerning symptoms need qualified care.

What it writes

  • A structured written summary of possible training-load and recovery factors based on supplied context
  • A practical recovery and training adjustment outline reflecting stated schedule constraints
  • A concise comparison of recent patterns with the stated baseline, plus questions for follow-up or professional discussion

How to use it

The task framing centers the review on supplied training load, recovery habits, and the timeline of change. Its structured written overview and adjustment outline make the information easier to act on, while conversation lets you add context and revise priorities in the draft.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Recent training frequency, duration, intensity, and any recent changes, described in text
  • Usual recovery routine, when the decline began, and how it differs from your normal performance
  • Relevant planning constraints, such as available rest days or an upcoming event; nutrition details are optional
  • Provide the relevant training and recovery context in text; no file or device access is available
  • Be ready to describe your usual baseline and the period when performance changed

A good fit for

  • Reviewing training and recovery patterns during a non-medical performance slump
  • Organizing possible overtraining and recovery contributors into a written overview
  • Drafting a cautious training adjustment plan around stated schedule and rest constraints

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Draft a cautious two-week training adjustment plan using these non-medical constraints: [available rest days], [upcoming events], [current training commitments].

Compare these recent training and recovery notes with my usual baseline and suggest questions to discuss with a qualified professional if appropriate: [notes], [timeline], [relevant context].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Diagnosing a medical cause or assessing symptoms
  • Urgent concerns, or persistent or worsening symptoms that need qualified professional care
  • Can organize supplied information and draft written planning suggestions, but cannot diagnose causes or assess symptoms
  • Cannot monitor training, access device data, or verify whether a plan is appropriate for your health; seek qualified care for concerning, persistent, or worsening symptoms
