Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written pandemic-readiness plan, risk assessment, or outbreak exercise from the context you provide: such as population needs, available resources, existing protocols, and planning assumptions. The draft can organize priorities, surface questions, and outline response steps for your team to review. Share corrections, missing details, or preferred constraints in a follow-up, and the plan can be revised to better reflect your setting. Public health professionals should validate recommendations against current guidance and local requirements.
What it writes
A structured preparedness plan outline with priorities and response steps.
A written review of supplied protocol text, with issues and follow-up questions.
An outbreak scenario exercise with discussion prompts for a planning team.
How to use it
The task framing turns preparedness context into organized plans, protocol-review notes, or scenario exercises that a team can discuss. You can refine the draft conversationally by supplying corrections, constraints, or additional context; public health experts must check it against current guidance and local needs.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the population, setting, and preparedness question or planning objective.
Provide relevant resource constraints, existing protocols, and assumptions to consider.
For protocol review, paste the text or summarize the steps you want assessed.
Have a defined planning objective and enough context to describe the setting.
Identify which assumptions or existing procedures the draft should use.
A good fit for
Public health teams outlining readiness priorities for a specific setting.
Organizations reviewing supplied response protocols for gaps or questions.
Planners drafting outbreak scenarios and discussion exercises.

It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Emergency direction, diagnosis, or decisions during an active outbreak.
