Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a written palliative-care discussion plan that organizes the patient’s priorities, symptoms, support needs, and questions for their care team. Share only the relevant details you have, such as the illness context, current concerns, and who is involved in care; a follow-up can clarify priorities or reshape the draft for a patient, family, or clinician conversation. This plan supports discussion, not medical decisions. For urgent or worsening symptoms, contact the care team or emergency services.
What it writes
A patient- or family-facing palliative-care discussion outline
A concise list of questions and priorities to raise with clinicians
A structured summary of stated symptom and support concerns for review with the care team
How to use it
The Agent frames serious-illness support around the concerns and priorities you provide, then organizes them into readable discussion materials. You can refine the draft through follow-up, adding context, changing its audience, or adjusting its emphasis before reviewing it with the care team.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Brief description of the serious illness and current care context, in your own words
The symptoms, quality-of-life priorities, support needs, and questions you want the plan to address
Who the plan is for, such as the patient, family, or care-team discussion
Use information you are comfortable sharing in a text conversation; omit identifying details if they are not needed
For treatment decisions, have the patient’s care team review the relevant medical details
A good fit for
Organizing priorities and questions before a palliative-care conversation
Preparing a written overview of physical, emotional, and social support concerns
Revising a discussion plan as concerns or family priorities become clearer
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Help me prepare a palliative-care discussion plan for [person/patient context]. Their main concerns are [symptoms and priorities], and I want to ask the care team about [questions].
Organize these notes into a clear overview of physical, emotional, and social support needs: [notes]. The audience is [patient/family/care team].
Revise this care discussion plan to reflect [new concern or changed priority]. Keep the wording [tone or format] and highlight questions for the clinicians: [draft or notes].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Diagnosing symptoms, recommending treatment changes, or deciding whether a medication is appropriate
Replacing advice from the patient’s clinicians or providing crisis response
Produces written preparation and revisions only; it cannot contact clinicians, coordinate care, monitor symptoms, or update medical records
It cannot examine the patient or verify medical information; clinicians should assess symptoms and guide care
