Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.

Get a practical written plan for exploring caregiver groups related to a chronic illness, with criteria for comparing options and ideas for taking part. Share the condition or caregiving context, your location or preferred format, and what you need from a group. You can then add preferences or concerns in a follow-up to refine the comparison criteria, questions to ask, or an introductory message. You’ll need to verify current group details and suitability directly with the organizers.
What it writes
A tailored search plan with suggested criteria for assessing caregiver groups.
A comparison checklist based on your priorities and concerns.
A draft introductory message or set of questions for a group organizer.
How to use it
The Agent frames caregiver-group exploration around your circumstances and support needs, turning them into usable search criteria, comparison questions, or outreach wording. In conversation, you can clarify priorities and revise those written materials before contacting groups yourself.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A brief description of the illness or caregiving situation and the kind of support you hope to find.
Your general location or preferred group format, such as online, in-person, or either.
Any preferences or concerns, such as schedule, language, or privacy.
Be ready to describe your caregiving context and what support would be useful.
For a tailored comparison plan, provide any known group descriptions or details as text.
A good fit for
Caregivers preparing to look for peer support related to a chronic illness.
People who want criteria for comparing groups against their needs and preferences.
Caregivers drafting questions or a first message to a group organizer.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Help me plan a search for caregiver groups for [condition or caregiving situation] near [location or online preference]. I’m looking for [types of support].
Create criteria to compare caregiver groups for [situation]. My priorities are [schedule, format, language, privacy, or other preferences].
Draft a brief, respectful message asking a caregiver group organizer about [questions or concerns]. The group is [description, if known], and my situation is [context].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
People who need a verified, current directory of groups or confirmation that a group is accepting members.
Anyone seeking diagnosis, treatment decisions, or crisis support in place of qualified help.
Can prepare search strategies, comparison criteria, questions, and message drafts; cannot browse for groups, confirm current details, or contact organizers.
Written guidance is not a substitute for medical advice or urgent support; verify group suitability and privacy practices directly.
