Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
I take home $2,400 every two weeks and want to fund rent, spending, and savings. Rent is $900 per pay period; suggest a split that saves at least $300.
Payroll lets me send a fixed dollar amount to one account and the remainder elsewhere. Compare sending $250 or $350 to savings from my $1,850 paycheck.
I’m paid twice a month and want to build a $2,000 emergency fund while covering $1,100 in monthly bills. Make a deposit plan and a payroll question list.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Changing payroll settings or fixing a missing deposit
Personalized financial, tax, or legal advice
Cannot access accounts or verify employer payroll rules
