Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For freelancers and clients setting terms before work begins, map project notes into a scope with specific deliverables, milestone dates, and each party’s responsibilities. Add assumptions and exclusions so the work’s boundaries are visible, or paste an existing scope to spot vague terms and missing items. Leave with a scope document, a list of gaps to resolve, or wording updated for a project change.
What it writes
Freelance scope with milestones and responsibilities
Scope gap and ambiguity checklist
Updated scope wording for a project change
How to use it
In your first message, name each deliverable, quantity, deadline, revision limit, and who supplies content or approvals. Include exclusions such as hosting or licensing so the scope marks where paid work stops.
This workspace provides text assistance.

Setting deliverables and deadlines before starting a client project

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
I’m designing a five-page website for a bakery, due June 30. Scope the pages, two revision rounds, client content deadlines, and exclusions for hosting and copywriting.
Check this freelance video-editing scope for gaps: three 60-second clips, one revision each, delivery May 15. The client supplies footage; music licensing is excluded.
The client added two product pages to our website project, but the launch date stays August 1. Update the scope and flag which deadlines or responsibilities need agreement.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send.
