Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For freelancers and clients negotiating rights to work created for a project, get proposed IP clause wording that names who owns the deliverables and what the other party may do with them. Compare ownership and licence options, or paste an existing clause to spot vague rights, limits, and reuse terms. Leave with clause language and specific points to discuss before signing.
What it writes
Proposed freelance IP clause
Ownership and usage wording review
Comparison of rights options
How to use it
In your first message, name the deliverable, who should own it, and every intended use. For example, say whether the client needs web, print, resale, or modification rights; those distinctions shape the clause.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
I’m designing a logo for a café for $1,200. Write a clause where I keep ownership but the café can use it on its signage and website.
Review this clause: “All work belongs to the client.” I’m a freelance web developer and want to reuse general code, but not the client’s branding or private data.
Compare full copyright transfer with a licence for a $3,000 illustration project. The client wants to use the art on packaging and social media.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A lawyer’s opinion on your contract or rights
Cannot determine enforceability under your local law
Reviews only contract wording pasted into chat

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send.
