Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a practical return-risk review, draft policy language, or staff checklist using your store’s written policies and return examples. Share relevant details in chat—such as return reasons, dates, order values, product types, and current procedures, with personal information removed. The Agent can help organize patterns for review and suggest proportionate questions or controls. Refine the draft by adding context or constraints in follow-up messages. Treat findings as leads for human review, not proof of fraud.
What it writes
A written return-pattern review identifying possible areas for human follow-up and relevant uncertainties.
A store-specific draft checklist for reviewing potentially unusual return claims.
Revised return-policy wording with a brief explanation of the changes.
How to use it
The Agent frames return-fraud prevention as a review of supplied policies and examples, then organizes the response into usable written steps or draft language. You can add store context, clarify constraints, and request revisions in conversation; staff remain responsible for evaluating evidence and decisions.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe your return policy, products, and current review process.
Paste anonymized return examples or summarized figures, including relevant dates, reasons, and order values.
Know the store context and the policy or procedure you want to review.
Remove customer names, contact details, order identifiers, and other personal information before sharing examples.
A good fit for
E-commerce teams reviewing recurring return patterns before deciding what merits investigation.
Retail operators drafting clearer return-policy language or internal review steps.
Support and operations staff preparing consistent, neutral questions about unusual return claims.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using this policy and these anonymized examples [paste policy and examples], suggest patterns for a human reviewer to examine and explain what context may be missing.
Draft a return-review checklist for [store type] handling [product types], using these current procedures [describe procedures].
Rewrite this return-policy section [paste text] to clarify [specific issue] while keeping the tone [desired tone].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining that a particular customer committed fraud or making a final decision on an individual claim.
Investigating customer identities, verifying evidence, or taking action on orders and refunds.
Works from information provided in text chat; it cannot access store systems, inspect files, or independently verify return records or customer claims.
Produces written suggestions and drafts only; staff must assess evidence, apply policy, and make operational decisions.
