Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For team leads mapping work that passes between people or departments, turn recurring steps into a handoff plan. Name who owns each stage, what information must travel with the work, and when the receiving person confirms it arrived. You leave with a step-by-step procedure, a handoff checklist, and questions to resolve gaps before your team adopts the process.
What it writes

Handoff checklist for context and confirmation
Questions to resolve ownership gaps
How to use it
In your first message, name the workflow, each role, and one recent handoff failure. Include the information that was missing and when the next person needed it to keep work moving.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Workflow steps and roles involved
Transfer points and required information
Known delays, missed details, or timing
Choose one recurring workflow to map
A good fit for
A customer request moves from sales to onboarding and key context gets lost
Two departments share a process but disagree about who owns each step
Recurring delays prompt your team to revisit its handoff procedure
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Map our customer onboarding workflow: sales collects account goals, then customer success schedules kickoff. Include owners, transfer details, and confirmation points.
Our design-to-engineering handoff has missed accessibility requirements twice. Review these steps: design approval, ticket creation, sprint planning. Flag ownership gaps.
Make a handoff checklist for weekend support: Friday shift transfers open incidents, customer impact, latest actions, and next response deadlines to Saturday staff.
