Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For a Kanban team whose work keeps piling up, compare the number of active items across your columns and team size. Get starting WIP limits for each stage, questions to pinpoint where work stalls, and a review plan for adjusting limits as the workflow changes. Bring the proposal to your team and check it against how work actually moves.
What it writes
Starting WIP limits by Kanban column
Bottleneck questions for the team
WIP-limit review agenda and adjustment steps
How to use it
Include each column’s usual item count, team size, and the role or stage causing delays. Say whether items differ greatly in size; that context makes the proposed limits more useful.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Workflow columns and team size
Typical item counts in each column
Known delays and existing limits
Name the stages work moves through
A good fit for
Setting first WIP limits for a team moving to Kanban
Finding why tickets keep stacking up in review
Planning a team session to reconsider existing column limits
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Our five-person team has Backlog, In Progress, Code Review, and Done columns. We have 8 items in progress and 6 in review. Suggest starting limits.
Work piles up in Code Review: two developers review for a team of seven, and we average five open reviews. What limits and discussion questions should we consider?
We use three columns—Ready, Building, and Testing—with current limits of 4, 3, and 2. Write a 20-minute agenda for reviewing them; testing often waits on one specialist.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Live tracking of a Kanban board
Guaranteeing faster delivery or better flow

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
