Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For Kanban teams reviewing delivery flow, share item dates, completion counts, and work-in-progress figures to calculate cycle time, lead time, throughput, and average WIP. Compare periods or workflow stages using your team’s metric definitions. You leave with a flow-metrics summary, the calculations and assumptions behind it, and focused questions to investigate possible bottlenecks.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Our team completed 18 items in April. Here are their start and finish dates; calculate cycle time in calendar days and summarize the pattern.
Compare March and April: March had 14 completions and average WIP of 9; April had 18 completions and average WIP of 13. What changed?
We define lead time as request date to delivery and cycle time as work start to delivery. Here are 12 item dates; calculate both and flag bottleneck questions.
