Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
If a film, game, or other media release received a rating you dispute, compare the decision with the rating body’s criteria and the scenes or content you describe. Identify which criteria support your position, note gaps in the decision’s explanation, and prepare an appeal letter with specific examples. You leave with an argument you can check against the rating body’s submission rules.

Rating decision and stated reasons
Relevant rating criteria or standards
Text description of disputed scenes
Know which rating body issued the decision
A good fit for
A film received a higher age rating than its scenes seem to warrant
A game publisher is preparing an appeal before a release date
A distributor needs to compare a decision with published rating criteria
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
My film was rated 15 for violence, but the fight scene lasts 20 seconds and shows no blood. The board cited its violence criterion. Help me assess an appeal.
A game received a teen rating for language. The criteria say strong language may raise the rating, but the only example is one mild insult. What points should I raise?
Write an appeal letter to the regional film board about a 16 rating for my documentary, which contains two brief scenes of non-graphic injury. Keep it under 300 words.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Reviewing video, game, or other media files
Legal advice about a formal dispute
Cannot verify current rules or appeal deadlines
Can assess only content described in your message
