Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For reporters, policy staff, and readers parsing an agency announcement, get a short brief that separates claims from stated actions and lays out the timeline. Compare two statements to spot shifts in wording, emphasis, or dates. You leave with a summary, a side-by-side comparison, or a list of questions to check against source documents.

Side-by-side statement comparison
Open questions and verification checklist
How to use it
Include the full statement, the event date, your audience, and what you need to compare. For two statements, paste both texts and label their source and publication time.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Summarize this transport agency statement about a bridge closure for a local news brief; separate claims, actions, timeline, and unanswered questions: The eastbound bridge lane closes Monday at 6 a.m.
Compare these two health department statements about a water advisory; list shared claims and differences in actions, dates, and wording: The first says testing starts Tuesday; the second says Wednesday.
Analyze this city emergency office statement about flooding; identify its main claims, caveats, and questions I should verify: Residents in three districts should move to higher ground by 8 p.m.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Finding current statements or breaking news updates
Proving claims true without supporting evidence
Cannot browse for original agency sources or live updates
Flags claims and gaps; does not verify them independently
