Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For policy staff, advocates, and local planners weighing food assistance options, compare programs by goals, eligibility, access, and cost. Paste program descriptions or policy text, then name the jurisdiction, time period, audience, and priorities. Leave with a side-by-side comparison, decision questions, or evaluation criteria for a policy discussion or planning memo.

Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare SNAP and summer meal programs in Ohio for 2024–25. Focus on access for rural families and list what decision-makers still need to know.
I’m preparing a county memo on food support for older adults. Compare grocery delivery and congregate meals on reach, access barriers, and cost using these program summaries: delivery serves homebound residents; meals are served at five senior centers.
Build evaluation criteria for a city pilot offering grocery vouchers to families with children. The goals are reducing food insecurity and reaching residents who cannot travel to food pantries.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Current eligibility rules or benefit amounts
Official funding or policy decisions
Cannot browse for current program rules or local data
Can assess only policy text and figures pasted into chat
