Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For policy teams weighing force posture choices across regions or planning periods, compare options against stated objectives, readiness assumptions, and resource limits. Map strategic trade-offs, note where assumptions drive the result, and set out questions for decision-makers. Leave with a force posture brief and an option comparison for policy review, not an operational deployment plan.
What it writes
Force posture options comparison
Policy brief for decision-makers
Scenario matrix with key assumptions
How to use it
In your first message, name the region, planning horizon, options, and the two or three objectives that matter most; include any fixed personnel, budget, or readiness limits so the comparison shows real trade-offs.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Policy objectives and regions in scope
Options, readiness assumptions, and resource limits
Planning horizon and intended audience
Identify the options under consideration
A good fit for
Comparing regional posture options before a policy planning meeting
Assessing readiness and resource trade-offs across a five-year planning horizon
Preparing a force posture brief for senior civilian decision-makers
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare a rotational presence and a permanent presence in the Baltic region over five years, using deterrence as the objective and a fixed personnel ceiling.
Build a policy brief comparing two Indo-Pacific posture options against alliance access, readiness, and a flat operations budget; identify the assumptions that matter most.
Compare forward basing, rotational deployments, and partner capacity investments for a three-year review, assuming limited lift capacity and no increase in total force size.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Live deployment data or verified readiness assessments
Use as a substitute for defense policy review
Cannot verify current deployments, readiness, or intelligence
Compares policy options, not tactical deployment plans
