Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a focused written brief on identity theft rings by sharing relevant article excerpts, public reports, or case notes and specifying the audience and questions to address. The Agent can organize the supplied material into methods, recurring patterns, impacts, and open questions. Follow up with corrections, additional text, or a request to emphasize a particular angle to refine the draft. It does not independently monitor news or verify claims; check important details against reliable sources.

What it writes

  • A concise summary of supplied reporting on ring methods, patterns, and impacts.
  • A side-by-side comparison of tactics described across supplied cases.
  • A structured background brief that distinguishes reported details from unanswered questions.

How to use it

The task is framed around organizing supplied cybercrime material into methods, patterns, impacts, and uncertainties. You can steer the audience and analytical angle, then revise the written brief through follow-up questions or added context.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Paste article excerpts, public reports, or case notes as text.
  • Name the intended audience and the questions or time period to focus on.
  • Identify sensitive details to omit or generalize.
  • Provide the source text in the chat; files and links cannot be inspected.
  • For sensitive case material, remove personal information that is not needed for the requested summary.

A good fit for

  • Journalists preparing an organized-crime background brief from supplied reporting.
  • Cybersecurity analysts comparing described identity theft methods across reports.
  • Public-safety professionals summarizing patterns and impacts in provided case material.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Live news monitoring, alerts, or independent investigation of active rings.
  • Identifying suspects or establishing the truth of allegations from incomplete material.
  • Works from information supplied in chat and cannot browse for current developments or track activity over time.
  • Summaries are drafts, not verified findings; check claims and handle allegations in line with applicable professional standards.
