Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For public-health students, journalists, and teams reviewing an outbreak report, get a plain-language account of what it says. Paste report text or figures to separate reported case counts, locations, dates, and transmission claims from unanswered questions. Ask for a version for a specific audience and a checklist of claims or source details to verify. You leave with a report summary and focused verification questions, based only on what you paste.
What it writes
Plain-language outbreak report summary
Fact, uncertainty, and claim checklist
Questions for checking outbreak sources
How to use it
In your first message, paste the relevant report passage and name its audience, desired length, and the claims that matter most—such as case counts, dates, transmission route, or source attribution.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Paste report text, notes, or figures
Name the audience and desired length
Include source names or citations to check
Have the report or notes ready
A good fit for
Explaining an outbreak report to a community group or newsroom
Checking case counts, dates, and transmission claims in pasted notes
Preparing source questions before publishing an outbreak summary
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Summarize this report for a local newsroom in 200 words. Separate confirmed counts from estimates and flag claims needing a source check: it reports 42 cases across three districts.
These notes say a new strain caused 18 deaths in two weeks. Separate what the notes state from what remains unclear, then list the source details I should check.
Turn this pasted outbreak report into a one-page briefing for school administrators. Keep the dates and case counts, explain the uncertainty around transmission, and list questions to verify.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Current outbreak monitoring or live source verification
Clinical, public-health, or emergency decisions
Cannot browse for current reports or verify source accuracy
Cannot assess outbreak risk from pasted text alone
