Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For reporters and editors deciding how to handle a sensitive story, weigh public interest against privacy, test sourcing and fairness concerns, and compare possible reporting choices against newsroom standards you paste in. You leave with an ethics memo, a list of unresolved questions, or a checklist for the editorial discussion. Base decisions on verified facts and your newsroom’s policies.

What it writes

  • Editor-ready ethics decision memo
  • Reporting options comparison table
  • Unresolved ethics questions checklist

How to use it

In your first message, name the decision you face, who could be harmed or served, what is verified versus uncertain, and the newsroom rule that may apply. That lets the analysis weigh real trade-offs.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Reporting scenario and affected people
  • Known facts and unanswered questions
  • Relevant newsroom standards or constraints
  • Remove identifying details when needed

A good fit for

  • Weighing whether to name a private person accused of wrongdoing
  • Reviewing anonymous sources before publishing allegations about a public official
  • Planning a correction after a story misstates a key fact

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

We have one anonymous source alleging a city official steered contracts to a friend, but no documents yet. What should we verify and weigh before publishing?

Our story names a teenager who survived a school shooting. Compare the public interest with privacy concerns and list questions for the editor.

We reported that a local clinic closed, but it reopened the next day. Help compare correction options and identify what the editor should review.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Legal rulings on defamation or privacy law
  • Verification of sources or claims through outside research
  • Cannot check facts, sources, or current newsroom policies
  • Cannot replace an editor’s decision or legal advice

Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Can I use the response in my work?

Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.

Can I paste work or client information?

Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send.
