Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a written sentencing-guideline analysis by supplying the jurisdiction and guideline version, the relevant offense and procedural posture, and case facts that may affect the calculation. The Agent can organize supplied rules and facts, compare ranges you provide, and flag points that need closer review. Follow up with corrections, additional authority text, or a different assumption to revise the draft. Verify current law and calculations with qualified counsel before relying on them.
What it writes
A structured guideline-analysis draft linking supplied facts to relevant provisions
A side-by-side written comparison of supplied guideline ranges and assumptions
A checklist of unresolved facts, calculation questions, and issues for legal review
How to use it
The task is framed around connecting case facts with sentencing provisions and comparing ranges, so the draft can be organized for review rather than left as an open-ended question. You can revise it conversationally by correcting facts, supplying provisions, or changing assumptions.
