Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a practical evidence checklist and a clear written outline of how each item relates to your small-claims claim or defense. Share your jurisdiction, the issue in dispute, key dates, and a text description of the records or other evidence you have; leave out sensitive personal details where possible.
A follow-up with missing context or corrections can help refine the organization and wording. Use the draft as preparation, not legal advice, and check court requirements with the court or a qualified legal professional.
What it writes
A categorized evidence checklist based on the items you describe
A dated case chronology assembled from supplied events
A written evidence-to-issue outline for your claim or defense
How to use it
The task is framed around small-claims evidence, helping turn case details into structured preparation materials rather than leaving you with an unorganized list. You can clarify facts or request revisions in follow-up messages to refine the draft.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Jurisdiction and a brief description of the claim or defense
Key dates and a text inventory or description of evidence
What you want organized, such as a timeline, checklist, or item-by-item outline
Provide case details and evidence descriptions in text chat; do not rely on file or image review
Check applicable court rules and deadlines for your jurisdiction
A good fit for
Structuring a small-claims evidence inventory around the disputed issues
Drafting a chronology from supplied dates and events
Preparing a readable explanation of how described evidence relates to a claim or defense
