Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written issue outline for a contract dispute by sharing the jurisdiction, relevant contract terms, what each party did, and the remedy you are considering. The Agent can organize potential criteria for specific performance, outline procedural questions to investigate, and compare the remedy with damages or other options.
Add facts or questions in a follow-up to refine the outline or tailor it for study, discussion with counsel, or your own preparation. Legal rules vary by jurisdiction; have a qualified lawyer review case-specific decisions.
What it writes
A structured issue outline on specific performance based on supplied contract facts.
A written comparison of specific performance with damages and other remedies identified in the prompt.
A checklist of procedural and factual questions to raise with a lawyer or use in study.
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around the supplied dispute, organizes relevant considerations into readable written sections, and can revise the draft as you clarify facts or questions. This supports focused preparation without presenting the outline as verified legal advice.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
State the jurisdiction and describe the contract dispute in text.
Share relevant contract terms, each party’s actions, and the outcome you are considering.
Identify whether you want an issue outline, remedy comparison, or procedural questions to research.
Provide enough facts to identify the contract, the alleged breach, and the requested remedy.
For a jurisdiction-focused outline, name the relevant country, state, or other jurisdiction.
A good fit for
Law students organizing specific-performance issues for a case or class discussion.
Legal practitioners preparing an initial written issue outline from supplied facts.
People seeking to understand potential remedies before discussing a contract dispute with counsel.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using this jurisdiction [jurisdiction] and these contract facts [facts], outline issues to consider when assessing specific performance.
Compare specific performance with damages for this dispute [facts and contract terms], and list questions I should discuss with counsel.
Turn these supplied facts [facts] into a study outline on possible specific-performance criteria and procedural questions for [jurisdiction].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Deciding whether to file a claim or choosing a legal strategy without advice from a qualified lawyer.
Obtaining jurisdiction-specific legal research or confirmation of current procedural rules.
Can draft and revise written legal explanations and issue outlines from the text and facts supplied.
Cannot verify current law, inspect case files, represent a party, or take procedural steps.
Treat any draft as general preparation; a qualified lawyer should assess legal rights and case-specific decisions.
