Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured written analysis of whether punitive damages may be at issue in a civil case. Share the jurisdiction, relevant facts, and any statutes, decisions, or legal criteria you want considered; for an estimate, include the figures and calculation method you want applied. Follow-up questions can clarify assumptions, compare alternative scenarios, or revise the draft for a different audience. This is preparation, not legal advice; have a qualified lawyer check the analysis.
What it writes
A structured written punitive-damages issue analysis tied to supplied facts and criteria.
A plain-language explanation of criteria drawn from user-provided legal materials.
A potential-award calculation with stated assumptions and alternative scenarios.
How to use it
The Agent frames a focused punitive-damages task around case facts, jurisdiction, and supplied legal materials, then organizes the response into readable analysis or calculations. In conversation, you can clarify assumptions, request scenario comparisons, and revise the draft for your intended discussion.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Obtaining legal advice, a binding opinion, or a prediction of what a court will award.
Finding or verifying current law, cases, or jurisdiction-specific legal requirements.
Analysis is limited to the facts and legal materials provided; the Agent cannot browse for or verify live law or precedents.
Calculations are illustrative and depend on supplied figures and assumptions; a qualified lawyer should review legal conclusions.
