Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured review of an alleged workplace harassment issue, including employer responsibilities to consider, risk questions, documentation gaps, and practical prevention or response steps. Share the relevant policies, timeline, roles, actions taken, and questions you need addressed; the Agent can revise the draft as you clarify facts or add context. The review relies only on information you provide and does not verify current law or investigate events. Have employment counsel check applicable requirements and time-sensitive decisions.
What it writes
A structured summary of supplied facts, employer-responsibility considerations, and unresolved questions.
A documentation-gap review with focused questions to raise with counsel.
A written prevention or response checklist tailored to the supplied workplace scenario.
How to use it
The task framing helps turn a workplace concern into an organized written review, separating supplied facts, open questions, and possible next steps. Buyers can add context or correct details in follow-up messages and ask for the draft to be revised around those clarifications.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the concern, relevant workplace roles, and known events in a timeline.
Provide relevant policy language, actions taken, and the questions you want the review to address.
Summarize the relevant events and distinguish known facts from assumptions or unanswered questions.
Remove unnecessary personal or identifying details before sharing sensitive workplace information.
A good fit for
Employers organizing an initial written review of a reported harassment concern.
HR teams identifying documentation gaps and questions for counsel.
Legal professionals preparing a structured summary of supplied facts and potential employer responsibilities.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Investigating allegations, interviewing people, or determining whether an allegation is true.
Obtaining a definitive legal opinion or deciding a consequential employment action without counsel.
The Agent works from supplied text; it does not investigate events, contact people, or verify current law.
Its written review is not a legal determination; employment counsel should check applicable requirements and time-sensitive decisions.
