Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written workflow for handling consumer personal-data deletion requests. Share the applicable jurisdiction or policy context, the kinds of data and systems involved, how requests arrive, and any current verification or retention steps. The draft can organize intake, review, decision-making, response wording, and recordkeeping into a practical sequence.
Answer follow-up questions or correct assumptions to refine the workflow for your stated context. This is planning support, not a legal determination; have qualified counsel confirm legal obligations and exceptions before relying on the process.
What it writes
A step-by-step consumer deletion request handling workflow
An intake and review checklist for routing requests and documenting decisions
Draft requester response wording for specified request outcomes
How to use it
The Agent frames deletion requests as a sequence of intake, review, decision, and response tasks, using the policies and system details you provide. You can refine the draft in conversation by clarifying exceptions, roles, or wording needs; legal obligations still require qualified review.
This workspace provides text assistance.

Existing request intake, identity checks, retention exceptions, or response practices, if known

A good fit for
Teams shaping a repeatable process for consumer deletion requests
Privacy staff organizing request review and response steps
Organizations revising internal guidance using their own policy and system details
