Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Share your account of the housing concern, including what happened, when it began, and any steps or communications so far. The Agent can organize those details into a clear summary and draft a message to the other party or questions for a qualified local resource. Follow up with corrections, added details, or a preferred tone to refine the wording. It does not determine legal rights or responsibilities or provide advice about legal options.

What it writes

  • A readable timeline and summary of the concern based on your account.
  • A draft message describing the issue and the point you want to raise.
  • A tailored list of questions based on your account for a qualified local resource or discussion with the other party.

How to use it

The task framing helps turn a housing concern into organized written material, such as a timeline, message, or discussion questions. You can refine the wording conversationally by adding facts or changing the tone; the result does not determine legal rights or responsibilities.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Describe the condition or repair concern and when you noticed it.
  • Share relevant communications or actions taken, in your own words.
  • Say who you want to contact and what you want the message or questions to accomplish.
  • Provide the relevant facts in text; no document or image review is available.
  • For questions about local law or rights, identify a qualified local resource you plan to consult.

A good fit for

  • Organizing a clear timeline and summary of a housing condition concern.
  • Drafting a message to a landlord, tenant, or property manager about a reported issue.
  • Preparing questions to discuss with a qualified local housing or legal resource.

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Help organize this habitability concern into a concise timeline and summary: [condition], [when it began], [what has happened since].

Draft a calm, clear message to [landlord/tenant/property manager] about [issue], using these details: [facts] and [what I want to ask or request].

Based on my account of [issue], prepare questions I can discuss with a qualified local legal or housing resource: [relevant details and communications].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Determining whether a property meets legal standards or who is legally responsible.
  • Advice on legal options, deadlines, or the likely outcome of a dispute.
  • Works from information supplied in the chat and cannot verify current local laws, regulations, or the condition of a property.
  • Can prepare written summaries, questions, and messages, but cannot contact parties, resolve disputes, or determine legal rights or responsibilities.
