Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Share a written description of your invention, what it does, how it differs from alternatives, and any application instructions or dates you already have. The Agent can organize those details into an invention disclosure, draft explanatory text, and a preparation checklist. In follow-up messages, clarify or correct details to refine the draft and identify unanswered questions. Patent requirements and deadlines depend on the relevant jurisdiction and case; have a qualified patent professional review materials and confirm filing steps.
What it writes
An organized invention-disclosure draft based on your notes
A plain-language invention description with unclear or missing details flagged
A preparation checklist and questions for professional review based on supplied instructions
How to use it
The Agent frames the work around the information an application draft needs, organizes it into readable sections, and can revise wording as you clarify details. This helps turn scattered invention notes and supplied instructions into practical written material for further review.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A written description of the invention, its purpose, and how it works
Known alternatives, distinguishing features, and development details
Any application instructions, jurisdiction, or dates already provided to you
