Turn project details and proposed rights terms into a clearer work-for-hire agreement draft, clause explanation, or focused list of questions for review.
Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a work-for-hire agreement draft or review by sharing the project, the parties’ roles, what work is expected, and how you want ownership and payment addressed. You can also paste proposed clauses for plain-language explanation or revision. Follow up with missing details, preferred wording, or concerns about particular terms to refine the draft and produce focused questions for a lawyer. Contract language should be reviewed for your jurisdiction and circumstances before you rely on it.
What it writes
A work-for-hire agreement outline or draft based on supplied project terms
A plain-language explanation and proposed revision of pasted clauses
A focused list of ambiguities and questions for legal review
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around project context, party roles, and intended rights, then organizes the result into readable explanations, proposed wording, or questions. You can clarify goals and request revisions in chat; legal review remains important before relying on contract language.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A substitute for legal advice or a lawyer’s review of an agreement
Negotiating or signing an agreement on your behalf
The Agent can draft and explain text from details you provide; it does not browse for current law or verify legal requirements.
Have a qualified lawyer review any draft for your jurisdiction and circumstances before relying on it.
The Agent cannot contact the other party, negotiate, sign, or file an agreement for you.
