Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Share the takedown notice, the platform’s instructions, relevant dates, and a concise account of why you believe the removal was mistaken. This Agent can help organize your facts into a counter-notice draft and explain common process terms and questions to consider before responding.
Review the draft carefully; requirements and deadlines vary, and submitting a counter-notice can have legal consequences. Check the platform’s current instructions and consider legal advice for a high-stakes dispute.
What it writes
A structured counter-notice draft based on the facts and materials you provide
A plain-language explanation of notice sections, stated deadlines, and process terms
A review checklist of factual details and questions to verify before you decide whether to respond
How to use it
The task is framed around the notice, platform instructions, and your account of the dispute, so the resulting draft can stay grounded in supplied facts. You can follow up to clarify wording, reorganize sections, or identify questions for review before taking any action.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
The takedown notice or its relevant text, with sensitive personal details removed if preferred
Platform name and any counter-notice instructions or deadline stated in the notice
Your account of the content, the rights dispute, and why you believe removal was mistaken
Have the takedown notice and any platform response instructions available as text
Be ready to explain your connection to the content and the basis for disputing its removal
A good fit for
Organizing facts for a possible response to an intellectual-property takedown
Understanding the common parts of a counter-notice and the information a platform may request
Preparing questions to discuss with a lawyer before deciding how to respond
