Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a written planning brief for an intellectual property dispute using the claims, timeline, documents described in text, and goals you provide. The draft can organize issues, questions for counsel, and possible next steps for discussion. Follow up with corrections, missing facts, or a different focus to refine the brief. Legal rules and case-specific decisions should be checked with qualified counsel.
What it writes
A structured IP dispute overview with issues and open questions.
A litigation-planning outline based on supplied facts and stated objectives.
A counsel discussion brief organizing key facts, concerns, and follow-up questions.
How to use it
The Agent frames the conversation around IP dispute planning, turning supplied facts and objectives into organized written material. You can clarify the record, change the intended audience, or narrow the question in follow-up turns to revise the draft.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the IP dispute, including the type of intellectual property and the parties’ roles.
Provide a concise timeline, claims or concerns, and relevant facts or document excerpts in text.
State the planning question, intended audience, and any jurisdiction or procedural context you already know.
Have a basic written summary of the dispute and the intellectual property involved.
Include known jurisdiction and procedural details if they matter to the question.
A good fit for
Organizing supplied facts and questions for an IP litigation discussion with counsel.
Drafting a case-planning outline around stated claims, events, and goals.
Comparing possible issues or planning considerations based on context you provide.
