Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

Prepare a breach-notice draft by supplying what happened, when it was discovered, what information may be affected, who may be impacted, and any response steps already taken. Include the intended audience and any notification rules or guidance you have been given. Follow up with corrections, missing details, or requests for a different tone or audience to refine the wording. Treat the result as a draft: have qualified counsel or the appropriate privacy lead check applicable legal obligations before sending.

What it writes

  • A plain-language breach-notice draft based on supplied incident details
  • A revised notice with clearer structure and wording for a specified audience
  • Two audience-specific notice drafts using the same supplied incident facts

How to use it

The task is framed around turning incident facts and intended audience into notice wording, with room to clarify gaps and revise tone or structure in conversation. That makes it useful for preparing a reviewable draft while keeping legal determinations and final approval with the appropriate people.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • A plain-language account of the incident, discovery date, and response steps taken
  • Known details about affected people, data types, and the intended notice audience
  • Any notification rules, deadlines, or internal guidance you want reflected
  • Gather the incident facts and distinguish confirmed details from information still being investigated
  • Identify the intended audience and consult applicable legal or internal notification guidance

A good fit for

  • Organizations preparing an initial notice from known incident facts
  • Privacy or communications teams refining notice language for affected people
  • Teams creating distinct draft versions for individuals, employees, or business customers

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Draft a breach notice for [audience] using these facts: [incident summary, dates, affected data, and response steps].

Revise this notice for clarity and a calm, direct tone without adding facts: [draft].

Create separate draft wording for [audience A] and [audience B] based on this incident information: [details].

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Determining whether an incident legally triggers notification or which laws apply
  • Sending notices, contacting affected people, or managing a live response
  • Drafts and revisions rely on the information and rules you provide; the Agent does not verify facts or determine legal compliance
  • A qualified legal or privacy reviewer should check required content, recipients, and timing before a notice is sent
