Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a structured regulator-notification draft plan from your breach summary, applicable reporting rules, and any deadlines you provide. Include what happened, when it was discovered, affected information and people, known response steps, and uncertainties that still need attention.
A follow-up can clarify details, reorganize the draft, or turn open questions into a review checklist. The Agent cannot check current law or determine reportability or legal deadlines; verify requirements with authoritative sources or qualified counsel before submission.
What it writes
A structured regulator-notification draft based on supplied incident facts and requirements
A checklist of user-provided dates, requirements, and review steps
A list of missing information, ambiguities, and questions to resolve before submission
How to use it
The task is framed around the breach facts and reporting rules you supply, helping keep a draft, open questions, and review steps organized. You can refine the wording or structure through follow-up requests, while retaining responsibility for verifying requirements and obtaining appropriate review.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
A concise account of the breach, including discovery date, affected data or people, and known response steps
The reporting rules and deadlines you want considered, with their source or wording if available
Details that remain uncertain and any preferred format or length
Provide the reporting rules or deadlines to be considered; jurisdiction alone is not enough to establish them.
Independently verify current requirements and dates with authoritative sources or qualified counsel.
A good fit for
Organizing supplied breach facts into a regulator-notification draft for human review
Turning user-provided reporting requirements and dates into a review checklist without determining legal deadlines
Identifying missing facts and questions to resolve before a notification is considered for submission
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Using these supplied reporting rules [paste rules] and breach facts [describe incident], draft a regulator-notification plan and flag missing information.
Based only on these requirements [paste requirements] and dates [list dates], make a deadline and review checklist; do not determine additional legal deadlines.
Review this notification draft [paste draft] against the requirements I provide [paste requirements], and list ambiguities and questions for counsel.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Determining whether an incident is legally reportable or which laws apply
Finding or confirming current reporting rules and deadlines from a jurisdiction alone
Submitting a notification or replacing legal and privacy counsel
Cannot browse or determine current legal requirements, applicability, reportability, or deadlines.
Can draft and revise text from supplied facts and rules, but cannot submit notifications or verify legal compliance.
Have qualified counsel or an appropriate privacy professional review the draft before submission.
