Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a written review of a targeted-ad campaign by sharing its audience, data sources, tracking methods, intended jurisdictions, and any relevant policy or legal text you have. The Agent can explain applicable concepts based on the information supplied, flag questions to investigate, and help shape privacy-conscious campaign language or a compliance checklist. Follow up with missing details or corrections to refine the draft. It cannot verify current laws, so have qualified counsel review legal decisions.
What it writes
A written issue-and-question review of a targeted-ad campaign’s supplied data practices.
A privacy-focused campaign planning checklist tied to supplied requirements.
Revised campaign or data-use wording with notes on points needing legal review.
How to use it
The Agent frames the discussion around campaign details, data flows, jurisdictions, and supplied rules, then organizes the response into practical issues or next questions. You can add context, correct assumptions, and request revisions to make the written review or checklist more useful for discussion with counsel.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the campaign, intended audience, ad channels, and tracking or targeting methods.
Name the jurisdictions involved and provide any relevant policy, regulation, or legal text you want considered.
Explain what personal data is collected, its source, and how it is used or shared.
Have a description of the campaign and its data practices ready.
For rule-specific analysis, supply the jurisdictions and any relevant legal or policy text available to you.
A good fit for
Teams seeking a structured first-pass review of a proposed targeted-ad campaign.
Marketers who want to identify privacy questions about audience data, tracking, or consent.
People preparing a compliance checklist or questions for counsel using supplied rules and campaign details.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A definitive legal opinion, current-law research, or a substitute for qualified counsel.
Implementing tracking controls, changing ad-platform settings, or filing regulatory documents.
Analysis is limited to the context and rule text supplied; the Agent cannot browse for or verify current legal requirements.
It can draft written reviews, checklists, and revisions, but cannot configure advertising systems or carry out compliance steps.
