Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a workplace-device policy draft or review checklist using details about the devices, who uses them, what data they collect, and how that data is handled. Include the jurisdictions or privacy rules you already know are relevant, and note any open questions. The Agent can organize the information into readable policy language and flag points to clarify; a follow-up with corrections or added context can make the draft more specific. Have qualified staff check legal obligations before adopting it.
What it writes
A draft workplace-device privacy policy section tailored to supplied practices.
A structured checklist of privacy questions for a device deployment or existing policy.
A plain-language summary of policy gaps and points to confirm with qualified reviewers.
How to use it
The task framing keeps device practices, policy language, and review questions together in a usable written structure. Conversational revisions let buyers add missing context, correct assumptions, and request a clearer or more targeted draft.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Describe the workplace devices, users, and purposes for using them.
Share known data collection, access, retention, and sharing practices.
Provide relevant jurisdictions, existing policy text, and questions to address, if available.
Text descriptions of device use and data practices; pasted policy excerpts are useful but optional.
For jurisdiction-specific review preparation, identify the jurisdictions or rules the organization believes may apply.
A good fit for
Drafting or revising workplace-device privacy policy language.
Organizing device practices into a privacy review checklist.
Identifying missing details to discuss with privacy, HR, IT, or legal teams.

What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.

Provides written preparation and issue-spotting from information supplied in chat; it does not verify current law or certify compliance.
Cannot access or configure devices, inspect files, monitor employees, or implement policies.

Can I use the response in my work?
Use it as a draft to review and adapt. Verify calculations, facts, rights, and suitability before relying on it. Do not provide information you do not have permission to share.
Can I paste work or client information?
Your request and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Use placeholders and share only the minimum information you have permission to send.
