Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
Prepare a plain-language explanation of supplied Standard Contractual Clause (SCC) wording, plus focused questions to discuss with counsel. Share the clause text and the transfer details you want considered, such as the parties’ roles and the data flow. You can follow up with clarifications or preferred wording to refine the explanation or organize the questions. This is preparation for legal review, not a current-law or compliance assessment.
What it writes
A plain-language explanation of specified SCC wording based on the supplied text.
A focused set of questions for counsel grounded in the transfer context provided.
A side-by-side written summary of wording differences between supplied passages.
How to use it
The task is framed around the SCC text and transfer context you provide, with outputs organized for practical legal follow-up. You can clarify the audience, add relevant facts, or request revised wording in conversation; the resulting material remains preparation for review by counsel.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Paste the SCC wording or excerpts you want explained or compared.
Describe the transfer context relevant to your questions, such as parties, roles, and data flow.
State the audience and preferred format, such as a plain-language note or questions for counsel.
Have the SCC text or passages available to paste into chat.
Provide any transfer facts you want reflected; omit confidential or identifying details unless appropriate to share.
A good fit for
Legal and compliance teams preparing plain-language explanations of supplied SCC text.
Teams organizing questions for counsel using transfer context they provide.
Readers who want wording differences between supplied SCC passages set out clearly.
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Explain this supplied SCC text in plain language for [audience], and draft questions for counsel: [paste text].
Using these transfer details [parties, roles, and data flow], organize questions for counsel about this supplied clause: [paste clause].
Compare the wording of these two supplied passages and describe the textual differences without assessing legal effect: [passage A] [passage B].
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
A legal opinion, current-law assessment, or determination that a transfer complies with applicable requirements.
A substitute for qualified counsel's review of the clauses and transfer circumstances.
Explanations and comparisons are based on text and facts supplied in chat, not independent legal research or verification against current requirements.
The Agent can draft written preparation but cannot approve clauses, determine compliance, or provide counsel's legal judgment.
