Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Prepare a practical written permit checklist and application-planning outline for a food vending business, whether you serve at events or from a fixed location. Share your location, vending setup, menu, and any event or agency requirements you already have; the Agent can organize those details into questions to resolve, documents to gather, and inspection-preparation steps. Follow up with corrections or new details to refine the draft. Confirm current rules and deadlines with local authorities before acting.
What it writes
A tailored written checklist of permit-planning questions and information to confirm
A document-gathering outline based on the business details and requirements you provide
An inspection-preparation plan organized around your stated vending setup
How to use it
The Agent frames the task around your location, vending format, menu, and any instructions you supply, then organizes those details into readable planning documents. You can provide clarifications or corrections in conversation and request revisions to the draft.
