Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For policy analysts weighing a proposed rule, compare its costs and benefits across affected groups, time periods, and alternatives. Set out the economic, social, or environmental effects your estimates support, flag assumptions that drive the result, and note where evidence is missing. Leave with a decision-ready review, an options comparison, or a list of questions to investigate before the rule moves forward.
What it writes
Cost-benefit review by affected group
Side-by-side regulatory options comparison
Assumptions and evidence gaps checklist
How to use it
In your first message, name the rule, decision at stake, affected groups, options, and time horizon. Include each estimate with units and its source or assumption so the comparison shows what drives the result.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Rule text or a plain-language summary
Policy goal and options under review
Estimates, assumptions, and time horizon
Name the decision the review should inform
A good fit for
Assessing who bears the costs of a proposed workplace safety rule
Comparing two emissions standards before choosing a policy option
Checking assumptions in an initial review of a benefits mandate
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Compare a proposed $8 million annual reporting rule with a voluntary option; assess costs for small firms and benefits to regulators over five years.
Review a city rule requiring cleaner delivery trucks. Compare purchase costs, fuel savings, and emissions effects for fleets of 20 and 200 vehicles.
Critique this analysis of a paid leave rule: it assumes 10,000 workers covered and $4 million in annual employer costs. What uncertainties or affected groups are missing?
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Verified estimates without underlying data
Final legal or policy decisions
Cannot verify estimates or current rule text independently
Results depend on the figures and assumptions you enter
