Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For 911 center managers and supervisors reviewing call-taking or dispatch operations, you can map a workflow, compare its steps with stated goals, and examine de-identified workload figures or recurring bottlenecks. Explore improvement options against staffing, policy, or technology constraints, then leave with a workflow review, questions for your team, and a short list of planning priorities. Use summaries only; don’t include restricted operational information.

What it writes

  • Call-taking workflow review
  • Dispatch bottleneck and planning questions
  • Improvement priorities against operational constraints

How to use it

In your first message, name the workflow, the problem you want to examine, and the constraints that cannot change. Add a de-identified example or workload figure to anchor the review.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Call-taking or dispatch workflow summary
  • Goals, constraints, and recurring challenges
  • De-identified figures or examples, if relevant
  • Use summaries, not restricted records

A good fit for

  • Reviewing call transfers and dispatch handoffs after recurring delays
  • Planning a staffing discussion around peak-hour call volumes
  • Preparing improvement priorities before a 911 center team meeting

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

Our call takers transfer medical calls to dispatch, and we want fewer handoff delays. Help me review this workflow: callers answer triage questions, then wait for a dispatcher to pick up.

We handle about 180 calls per shift, with peaks from 4 to 8 p.m. Help me frame staffing questions for our next operations meeting.

Here is our de-identified dispatch workflow and three goals: reduce repeat data entry, keep response protocols intact, and shorten radio delays. Identify planning options and tradeoffs.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Active incidents or emergency dispatch decisions
  • Review requiring confidential records or live system access
  • Not a substitute for agency policy or compliance review
  • Cannot access CAD, phone, radio, or staffing systems
  • Cannot validate operational figures or agency procedures
