Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy

Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For households, community groups, and facility teams planning for a specific hazard, map who does what before, during, and after an emergency. Set evacuation or shelter steps, assign communication and supply responsibilities, and rank early recovery needs. You leave with a scenario-based plan, role checklist, and resource priorities to review against local emergency guidance.

Recovery priorities and resource list
How to use it
In your first message, name the hazard, area, people involved, and key limits—such as one vehicle, mobility needs, or unreliable phone service. Those specifics shape usable roles, evacuation steps, and supply priorities.
This workspace provides text assistance.

Hazard, location, and people at risk
Available supplies, transport, and meeting places
Planning priorities and known constraints
Choose the area or group in scope

Preparing a small community center for floods and power outages
Assigning family roles before wildfire evacuation season begins
Reviewing a shelter plan after staff responsibilities have changed
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Our rural community faces flash floods, and the bridge may close. Build an evacuation and communication plan for 40 households; we have two vans and a school shelter.
My family lives near a wildfire zone. Make a plan for two adults, a toddler, and one dog, including go-bag supplies and two evacuation routes.
Review this office earthquake plan for unclear roles and missing supplies: staff must evacuate, meet in the west lot, and account for visitors.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Use local emergency authority guidance; not incident command
Not for real-time evacuation or rescue decisions
Cannot check live alerts, maps, or changing road conditions
Plan must be checked against local emergency procedures
