Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

For local recovery teams, nonprofits, and service providers planning after a disaster, map priority needs to proposed owners, resources, and milestones. Set out who needs updates, what each group needs to know, and when coordination check-ins should happen. You leave with a working plan, stakeholder messages, and a list of unanswered questions to take to responsible authorities.
What it writes
Disaster recovery coordination plan
Stakeholder update messages and schedule
Assumptions and questions for reviewers
How to use it
In your first message, name the event, affected locations, top three recovery priorities, available people and supplies, key partners, and planning period. Mark uncertain facts so proposed roles and milestones do not treat guesses as confirmed.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
Event, affected area, and recovery priorities
Known resources, partners, timelines, and constraints
Applicable guidance from responsible authorities
Name the recovery area or services affected
A good fit for
Coordinating flood recovery across several neighborhoods and local service teams
Restoring community services after a wildfire with limited staff and supplies
Planning the first month of recovery after a storm damages public facilities
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
A flood affected three neighborhoods, and our shelter closes in two weeks. Build a 30-day recovery plan using our 12 staff, two vans, and priorities of housing and water access.
Our wildfire recovery group includes the county, a food bank, and two clinics. Map proposed roles, weekly milestones, and update messages for the next six weeks.
Review this recovery outline for a storm-damaged library and clinic. Flag assumptions, missing information, and questions we should take to county officials.
