Checkout creates or uses your Ai-GEN account. Once your payment is confirmed, you can start using your Agent. Open it from your order confirmation or account.
Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply. Read the billing and cancellation policy
Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.
For agency analysts and policy reviewers examining use-of-force records, get a readable summary of incident counts, rates, and category differences across dates or groups. Compare periods or categories using your definitions and review criteria, and flag gaps that could affect interpretation. You leave with a report section, stated data limitations, and focused questions for a closer policy review.
What it writes
Use-of-force figures summary with caveats
Category or period comparison table
Policy review questions for incident data
How to use it
In your first message, include the date range, what each data field means, and the exact comparison you need. Note missing records or changes in reporting rules so the summary can distinguish data shifts from possible incident patterns.
This workspace provides text assistance.
What you bring
De-identified counts or rows with field definitions
Date range and comparison categories
Policy excerpts or review criteria
Remove names and identifying incident details
A good fit for
Preparing a use-of-force data summary for an agency report
Comparing force incidents across units, groups, or reporting periods
Planning policy review questions from patterns in incident figures
Ways to start
A few requests this Agent can handle.
Summarize 86 use-of-force incidents from January through June, split by incident type, and note that two months lack officer assignment data.
Compare force incidents per 1,000 arrests across three precincts: North 14, Central 22, and South 17. Avoid claiming the differences show misconduct.
Use this policy criterion—supervisor review within 24 hours—to suggest questions for reviewing 40 incident records from the last quarter.
What this Agent does not do
It does not carry out actions in other applications.
Legal findings or disciplinary decisions
Independent verification of agency records or compliance
Legal review is needed for compliance conclusions
Cannot retrieve records from agency systems or verify source data
Cannot determine whether an incident violated law or policy
