Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

For high school counselors writing college recommendations, get a letter that connects a student’s strengths to specific examples you know firsthand. Describe your role, the student’s accomplishments, and the application context to shape a strong letter. You can also get feedback on a letter you paste, including spots where claims need evidence or passages repeat. Leave with a letter and a focused list of edits to review.

What it writes

  • A college counselor recommendation letter
  • Edits to a letter you paste
  • A list of claims needing stronger examples

How to use it

In your first message, name your role, how long you’ve known the student, the college or program, and two firsthand examples. Add the required length so the letter fits the application.

This workspace provides text assistance.

What you bring

  • Your role and how long you’ve known the student
  • Verified accomplishments and firsthand examples
  • College application context and length limit
  • Firsthand knowledge of the student

A good fit for

  • Writing a college letter for a student you have advised for years
  • Connecting a student’s leadership to specific school or community examples
  • Checking a recommendation letter for unsupported claims or repetition

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

I’ve advised Maya for two years and want to recommend her for college. She started peer tutoring in chemistry and recruited six volunteers. Write a warm letter around 500 words.

Review this paragraph for unsupported claims: “Jordan is one of our most dedicated students. He always goes above and beyond.” I taught him history for a year; his strongest example is leading our local history project.

Write a counselor recommendation for Luis, who is applying to engineering programs. I’ve worked with him for three years; he built a low-cost irrigation prototype for our school garden. Keep it under 600 words.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Inventing accomplishments or personal knowledge
  • Predicting admission decisions
  • Cannot verify student claims or application requirements
  • Cannot submit the letter to a college
