Plan facts, refunds, and privacy
  • Agents provide AI-generated text assistance. They do not send messages, connect to your accounts, process uploaded files, or create finished media files.
  • Usage limits and service availability apply. Access does not promise unlimited use or guaranteed results.
  • Chat connection safeguard: 50 counted session openings per account, shared across Agents. The counter resets one hour after the last counted opening.
  • At the limit, another session opening is refused until the counter resets. An unsuccessful connection attempt can still count.
  • Opening a session is different from sending a message. This safeguard is not a message allowance. Usage and availability limits may also apply within a conversation.
  • The individual-Agent and all-Agent plans use the same account-wide connection safeguard. Opening an Agent chat requests a session; refreshing, opening another tab, or reconnecting can request another. Revising in an already connected conversation does not itself call this session-opening endpoint.
  • A refused opening does not add to the count or extend its reset. When the reset time is available, the workspace shows when to try opening the Agent again. The connection safeguard does not specify how many useful drafts or messages a subscription includes.
  • Manage future renewals in Account & Billing → Subscriptions. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated, including for disliked, inaccurate, or unsuitable responses. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not request a refund. Your legal rights still apply.
  • Your prompts and relevant context are sent to the enabled AI service to generate a response. Avoid confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Retention and deletion depend on the service and provider; read the Privacy Policy before sharing work.
  • For billing or access help, email help@ai-gen.co. Include your account email, order number, Agent name, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or confidential prompts.
  • If a payment has already been taken but access is missing, review your existing order and contact support before buying again. Report duplicate charges or billing errors through the same route. Any remedy follows the billing policy and applicable law.

  • Comparing state grants before choosing where to apply
  • Checking residency and enrollment rules against your circumstances
  • Planning application steps across grants with different deadlines

Ways to start

A few requests this Agent can handle.

I live in Ohio and plan to attend community college half-time this fall. Compare these two state grants and flag eligibility rules I should verify: Grant A requires full-time enrollment; Grant B lists no enrollment minimum.

Compare these state grant rules for a first-year nursing student who has lived in Georgia for three years: one requires FAFSA, and the other requires a separate application by June 15.

Make an application checklist from these grant requirements: submit FAFSA by April 1, upload proof of residency, and send an enrollment letter by July 10.

What this Agent does not do

It does not carry out actions in other applications.

  • Confirming current grant rules or award decisions
  • Submitting applications or contacting grant offices
  • Not a substitute for grant-office guidance
  • Cannot check live grant availability or changing deadlines
  • Cannot submit applications or verify your eligibility with officials
