Billing and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription from the Account & Billing area. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the already-paid billing period unless checkout or account information states otherwise.

Refund Requests

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, subscription payments are final and generally non-refundable after access has been activated. Refunds are not ordinarily provided because a customer did not use an agent, changed their mind, disliked an AI-generated response, received an inaccurate or unsuitable output, or forgot to cancel before renewal.

If a duplicate charge, billing mistake, or confirmed Ai-GEN technical failure prevents access to the purchased agent, contact Ai-GEN promptly with the account email, order number, and a description of the issue. Ai-GEN will provide any refund, credit, cancellation remedy, or other remedy required by applicable law.

Service Changes

Ai-GEN is an early-access service. If Ai-GEN permanently discontinues paid access before the end of a paid period, Ai-GEN may provide a prorated refund or comparable remedy when appropriate or legally required.
